Learning How to
Control Money
Regardless of whether you choose to admit it or not, money has
a way of running our lives. The availability of money and the
lack of it, controls where we live, the kind of jobs that we
have, the friends we keep and can also go as far as
controlling our moods and whether we feel happy or not at any
particular time. Despite these issues you should make sure
that you aren’t controlled by how much you earn. Some of these
tips can help you control money and save yourself.
Overcome destructive money habits:
No one is perfect with money, occasionally or frequently we
tend to spend money on things that we ordinarily shouldn’t.
But it gets to a certain time where such spending habits end

in the future.

commitment should be made to stick to this budget. Creating a
spending plan is a wonderful way of determining where your
money is going to, it also equips you with the better

purchase, you should ask yourself if you’re making the
purchase because it’s needed or because someone else has it.
It’s great to have nice stuff but trying to keep up with
everyone around you can land you deeper into debt than is
really necessary. You really should go over your reasons for
trying to keep up with everybody else and picking up negative
spending habits.
Resist the strong pull of today’s culture of possession as an

new television set or that leather couch when you’re
surrounded with so much advertising.
